These are the 7 websites and platforms that power your practice, your education brand, and your personal presence online. Each one has a specific job — here’s what they all do and how they fit together.
Metabolic Hair Institute
Main Site
This is your main marketing website — the front door to your hair restoration practice. When someone Googles your services or gets referred by a friend, this is where they land. It explains what you do, why your approach is different, and guides visitors toward booking a consultation.
This is your practice command center — the cockpit where you manage your schedule, track clients, see how your business is performing, and run day-to-day operations. Only you and your team can access this.
This is where your clients log in to their own private space. They can book appointments, view their treatment plans, check health records, and track their progress with you. Think of it as their personal home base for everything related to their care.
This is your online school. Students and trained practitioners come here to take courses, attend classes, access membership content, and learn your methods. Think of it as your own private learning platform — built exclusively for the Sacred Flow community.
This is your personal brand website — the hub that introduces who Dr. Crystal is. It covers your story, your services, booking links, and anything you share publicly. If someone asks “who is Dr. Crystal?” — this is where they go.
Think of this as your sister business — a separate brand focused on holistic wellness and beauty services. It has its own website, product offerings, service listings, and client base. Everything is managed independently from your hair institute.
This is the public storefront for your Sacred Flow educational brand. It showcases your teachings, class offerings, and membership options — and brings new students in the door. Once they sign up, they move into the EDU platform to take their courses and access member content.
Sacred Flow Institute pulls content from EDU via API — EDU is the admin side, SFI is the public storefront.
Blueprint Admin is the operations hub — scheduling and client data flows between it and the Client Portal.
Metabolic Hair Institute is the marketing funnel that drives visitors to the Client Portal for booking.
DrCrystalG.com is the personal brand umbrella that ties everything together.
Holistic Wellness & Beauty operates as a separate brand under Dr. Crystal’s portfolio.

Getting Started
Welcome to the Dr. Crystal EcoSystem Admin Panel. This dashboard monitors all 7 of your platforms in one place — giving you real-time health status, quick admin access, and credentials for every system.
1
Log In
You’ll be taken to the login page first. Enter the dashboard API key provided by your tech team. This is a single password that grants access to the entire dashboard.
2
Explore the Sidebar
The left sidebar has 6 tabs. You start on the Status Board, which shows the health of all platforms at a glance. Use the other tabs to access admin panels, view credentials, or check alert history.
3
Run Your First Check
Click the gold CHECK ALL button at the top of the Status Board. The dashboard will ping every platform and show you which ones are healthy, which have warnings, and which need attention.
Tip: The dashboard auto-refreshes every 5 minutes. You don’t need to keep clicking CHECK ALL — it runs on its own.
Status Board
The Status Board is your command center. It shows every platform’s health at a glance.
1
Reading the Summary Cards
The four cards at the top show totals: how many platforms are monitored, how many are healthy (green), how many have warnings (yellow), and how many are critical (red).
2
Reading Platform Cards
Each platform has its own card showing:
Name — the platform title
Category — Main Site, Admin Platform, or Client-Facing
Status badge — green (healthy), yellow (warning), or red (critical)
Response time — how fast the platform responded in milliseconds
SSL days — how many days until the SSL certificate expires
3
What the Colors Mean
Green — Everything is working. No action needed.
Yellow — Something needs attention (slow response, SSL expiring soon). Not urgent, but look into it.
Red — Platform is down or has a critical issue. Immediate action needed.
4
Filtering by Category
Use the filter pills below the stat cards to show only Main Sites, Admin Platforms, or Client-Facing platforms. Click “All” to see everything again.
Checking Platforms
You can run checks manually or let the dashboard auto-check on a schedule.
1
Manual Check (All Platforms)
Click the gold CHECK ALL button on the Status Board. The dashboard will check all 7 platforms and update the cards with fresh data. The check usually takes 5–15 seconds.
2
Manual Check (Single Platform)
Click any platform card to open its Platform Detail view. Then click Check Now to run a health check on just that one platform.
3
Auto-Heal
When a platform goes down, the dashboard can automatically try to restart it. The Auto-Heal Activity section at the bottom of the Status Board shows what actions were taken automatically.
Tip: The “Reset Counters” button clears the restart counts for all platforms. Use this after a planned maintenance window so the restart numbers start fresh.
Quick Access
Quick Access gives you one-click access to every platform’s admin panel.
1
Opening an Admin Panel
Click the Quick Access tab in the sidebar. You’ll see a card for every platform. For platforms with admin panels, click the gold OPEN ADMIN button to go directly to that admin login page.
2
Platforms Without Admin Panels
Some platforms (like the main marketing sites) don’t have admin panels — their content is managed through code. These cards will show “No Admin Panel” with a note explaining why.
3
Getting Login Credentials
Need the username and password? Switch to the Credentials tab to see login information for every platform that has an admin panel.
Credentials
The Credentials tab stores login information for every platform in one secure place.
1
Viewing Passwords
Passwords are hidden by default (shown as dots). Click the eye icon next to any password to reveal it. Click again to hide it.
2
Copying to Clipboard
Click the copy icon next to any username or password to copy it to your clipboard. You’ll see a “Copied!” notification confirming the copy.
3
Test Accounts
Some platforms (Client Portal and EDU) have test accounts — these let you log in as a test client or student to see what the experience looks like. They’re safe to use and won’t affect real data.
Important: Never share credentials via email or text. If someone needs access, have them log in directly from this dashboard or contact your tech team.
Troubleshooting
What to do when something goes wrong.
1
A Platform Shows Red (Critical)
Click the red platform card to open its detail view. Try clicking Check Now to re-check — sometimes a temporary network issue causes a false alarm. If it’s still red, try the Restart button.
2
A Platform Shows Yellow (Warning)
Warnings usually mean the platform is slow or the SSL certificate is expiring soon. Click the card to see details. If the response time is high, it may just be under heavy load — check again in a few minutes.
3
A Platform Won’t Come Back After Restart
If you click Restart and the platform is still red after 1–2 minutes, don’t keep restarting. Take a screenshot of the platform detail view and send it to your tech team (see Contact Support below).
4
The Dashboard Itself Won’t Load
If you can’t reach this dashboard at all, the monitoring server may need attention. Contact your tech team directly (phone or text is fastest).
5
What Information to Send Your Tech Team
When reporting an issue, include:
Which platform is affected (name from the card)
What color the status badge shows (green/yellow/red)
The response time number (if visible)
A screenshot of the platform detail view
When you first noticed the issue
Contact Support
How to reach your tech team when you need help.
1
For Urgent Issues (Platform Down)
If a platform is critical (red) and won’t recover after one restart, contact your tech team immediately by phone or text. Include the platform name and a screenshot.
2
For Non-Urgent Issues (Warnings, Questions)
For yellow warnings, slow performance, or general questions, send an email or message with a screenshot. These don’t need immediate attention but should be reviewed within 24 hours.
3
Response Times
Critical (platform down): Response within 2 hours
Warning (needs attention): Response within 4 hours
General questions: Response within 24 hours
Tip: The Alerts & History tab keeps a log of all past issues. If you’re reporting a recurring problem, check that tab first so you can tell the tech team when it started and how often it happens.
